Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Develop detailed quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Assist with bid preparation and submission, including clarifications, exclusions, and scope letters.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to ensure estimates align with project execution plans.
- Maintain historical cost data and develop cost benchmarks for future projects.
- Conduct site visits as needed to understand project conditions and constraints.
- Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.

Qualifications
