We are seeking a Skilled Tradesman with a strong background in construction trades including, but not limited to, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, concrete, roofing, siding, and general repairs. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a crew.

✅ Responsibilities

Perform hands-on construction tasks in various trades
Follow project blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs
Maintain safe and clean job sites
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and team members
Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks

🔧 Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the construction industry
Proficient in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, finish work, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
