Baker 300 Aviation Hangar

Baker 300 Aviation is an 11,600-sf private hangar with all the amenities including a 25' x 80' Norco Door, epoxy floors, (4) 150,000 btu Reznor heaters, Generac generator, METARmaps, and a 20' Go Fan Yourself fan. In addition to the hangar itself, the building also houses offices, a maintenance area, and a conference room.
