Comprehensive Hangar Design
This state-of-the-art facility showcases the technical expertise required for modern aviation construction. The hangar features a massive 25′ x 80′ Norco Door system, engineered to provide reliable access for aircraft while maintaining structural integrity and weather protection. The foundation and flooring utilize premium epoxy coating systems, delivering the durability and chemical resistance essential for aviation maintenance operations.
Advanced Climate and Power Systems
Understanding the critical nature of climate control in aviation facilities, we installed four high-capacity Reznor heating units, each rated at 150,000 BTU. This robust heating system ensures consistent temperature control throughout the expansive hangar space, protecting valuable aircraft and equipment regardless of external weather conditions.
Power reliability is maintained through a professionally installed Generac generator system, providing uninterrupted electrical service during outages. The facility also incorporates specialized aviation technology, including integrated METARmaps for real-time weather monitoring and flight planning support.
