Doss & Horky is proud to serve as the General Contractor for a major new construction project on behalf of Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities (LG&E-KU). This multi-million dollar initiative is located in Louisville, Kentucky, and involves the ground-up development of a state-of-the-art warehouse facility along with a secure, fully integrated guard shack.

As a critical infrastructure expansion for LG&E-KU, the project is designed to support enhanced operational logistics, storage capabilities, and site security. Doss & Horky is leading all aspects of construction management, including site preparation, structural erection, mechanical systems integration, and security infrastructure implementation.

The warehouse will feature a high-efficiency steel structure with loading bays, climate control, and advanced racking systems, while the guard shack will be equipped with access control, surveillance systems, and secure communications linked to the main facility. Additional site work includes grading, utilities installation, access road construction.
